Hotel Feliz

I left Hotel Feliz on 23 November with mixed feelings. The room was clean, the mattress was okay, and the soap was good quality. Staff were polite, though they didn't seem very engaged. There was no kettle for coffee or tea, a basic convenience I expected. The sauna was fine, breakfast acceptable, and the location reasonably convenient. The reason for my two stars is the hot water. The shower was freezing during my stay. Staff said the issue was only for that day, but reviews from a week earlier described the same problem, so the hotel seems to know about it and still hasn't fixed it. Reliable hot water is a basic requirement in a hotel. Leaving this unresolved, along with the staff's rather detached response, was unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and fixes it for future guests.

The team does a great job keeping this small, charming hotel clean, and they were very friendly. Breakfast had plenty of options, and I'd come back because I think the hotel has more potential and these problems might not happen again. For me, the thin foam mattress wasn't comfortable. There was also a loud mechanical noise, like a pump, that carried on day and night. Shower temperature switched between hot and cold, while the pressure kept changing from second to second.

The staff are a lot of fun, really friendly, and always ready to help. I felt at home here. Absolutely breathtaking, and I definitely haven't had my last stay.

The rooftop view is beautiful, and parking in the garage next door was possible at a reasonable price for Palma, around €30 a day. Breakfast felt lovingly prepared, with lots of choices, fresh-squeezed OJ, and plenty of fruit. As a coffee nerd, I liked the espresso. We enjoyed the espresso martinis in the evening too. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are extremely friendly. We'll have to come back.
