Nautic Hotel & Spa

Juan at reception helped arrange a special vegetarian meal from our first inquiry, and was friendly, attentive and really helpful. Chefs Gabriel and Epit made the meal feel special and satisfying, with creative dishes full of vibrant flavors and beautifully presented. Thanks to Gabriel, Epit and Juan for the warmth, professionalism and care with every detail. They made us feel welcome and turned the visit into a memorable experience.

We booked by email for our first stay in Mallorca and found the hotel to be great value, with friendly, helpful staff. The location, cleanliness and food were all perfect. It's very close to the airport, but that wasn't a bother at all. Highly recommended, 10/10.

The quiet surprised me most. It's a smaller hotel, and although you can hear some noise in the evening, it wasn't disturbing; with the curtains closed, we couldn't hear anything. There's very little car traffic around, so the area almost feels pedestrian. The rooms may not have been recently renovated, but everything was spotless, from reception and the rooms to the rooftop terrace. Service was excellent from the moment we arrived, with friendly, attentive staff ready to help. Breakfast and dinner are buffets with freshly cooked food and enough variety for different tastes. The location is convenient for the airport, and the promenade has restaurants and bars for all tastes, plus agencies offering tours, boat trips and jet ski rides. I'd recommend it for a budget-friendly holiday in Mallorca. I'd read negative reviews and honestly expected not to enjoy the hotel, but my mind changed once I got there.

We spent seven days here, and even our late arrival after a delayed flight was made easy: although dinner was over, the staff had kindly set food aside for us. It meant a lot to still have a full meal waiting. The staff were calm, friendly and generous. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent, with lots of choice and food cooked just right, never too oily. The desserts were delicious too. 10/10.
