I'm still waiting for my £240 deposit to be returned, more than a week after I got home. The hotel says it's my bank's problem, which I don't understand. They took the deposit, but didn't use it to cover any extras I had. Reception staff were rude and the food really wasn't great. I've stayed in much better 5-star hotels. I'd rate this one 4 stars, definitely not 5. I want my £240 released back into my bank. The customer service was so bad.

The staff were lovely, the rooms were excellent, and breakfast had everything we needed for our fantastic short break. They even left an ice bucket and Prosecco for us because someone in our party was celebrating a birthday, a thoughtful touch. The location was quiet, and taxis made getting around fairly cheap since nothing was too far away. Porto Pi was a bonus too, within walking distance for shops and places to eat.

Breakfast was superb, and the facilities were great. The staff were even better, so friendly and helpful. I had an excellent stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back on my next visit to Majorca. Highly recommended!

8/10
The hotel feels a bit tired, and the paddle tennis courts could use a tidy-up, though there’s lots of potential there. The staff were lovely and attentive, especially the exceptional reception team. Breakfast was great, and I liked being just outside the main oldcity, with an easy walk along the prom.

The decor might be a little dated, but we loved every minute. The staff were so friendly and always ready to help, the spa was a great place to relax, and the food was exceptional.
