Hotel Palacio Ca Sa Galesa

The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully put together. Its architecture and interiors balance elegance, comfort, and authenticity with real taste. The hotel brings its design, atmosphere, and service together beautifully, and I’d gladly recommend it and look forward to returning. Breakfast was a highlight, especially thanks to the Brazilian chef and the team. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made it feel carefully prepared rather than routine. Reception were attentive, discreet, and effective throughout my stay in the last week of November. Every request was met with a willingness to help and a focus on guest satisfaction. There was never a refusal, just a solution.

We’re grateful to the staff for such a lovely stay and are already looking forward to coming back. The rooftop views of the cathedral, the deluxe spa, and the location made the Palacio an excellent base for exploring Palma old town and the wider area. The staff were incredible and ready to help with anything we needed.

The breakfasts were outstanding, and the chef is both talented and wonderful. This is a lovely small hotel near the main attractions, with professional and interesting interior design. Many thanks to all the staff for such wonderful days.

The breakfast team made us feel at home. Chef André and Sabrina paid attention to the little things, including remembering the honey we asked for on our first day and making sure it was there every morning after. We enjoyed beautiful meals and were treated wonderfully. My wife and I spent six days here for our honeymoon, and it was the highlight of our trip. The location was perfect, about a two-minute walk from the cathedral and roughly 500 meters from the parking lot. Our room was very clean and well organized every day. When we asked for ideas for restaurants and beaches, every staff member was eager to help. The hotel lives up to its charm, and we’ll certainly return for our wedding anniversaries.
