Apartamentos Casa Miño

We ended up at Miño without a reservation after a problem with another apartment. He kindly offered us one of his places, a spotless and comfortable apartment with two bedrooms and everything equipped. Miño was attentive and kind, checking that we had no trouble during our stay. We also had lunch and dinner at his restaurant, where the service was impeccable and the local produce was excellent.

We were treated exceptionally well by the staff. The apartment was excellent, with a roomy entrance and living room, plenty of closet space in the bedrooms, and beds better than what I've had in a 4-star hotel. My only small suggestion is to update the cutlery and kitchenware. I highly recommend it, as well as the hotel and restaurant in the same town.

The apartment is spacious and comes with all sorts of amenities, and the bedrooms are large. But the toilet was broken for all five days of our stay. With four other apartments, a hotel, and a restaurant to look after, they still didn't come fix it. Guests should be warned about parking at apartment number 5, Esther. The spot is right in front of the door, but the hill is so steep that I doubt a car can drive up it. With luggage, you have to walk uphill from the bottom, then go down the hill again. It was unbearable.

We had a really comfortable stay as two couples sharing two bedrooms and one bathroom. The views across the valley, mountains, and town of Somiedo were lovely, and the heating was excellent. The owners were very friendly.
