Bierzo Habita Apartments

We usually choose a hotel, but decided to try this apartment for the same price and were glad we did. It’s central, clean, and cozy. We had a snag getting in because there’s no key, but Lesli sorted it out in a flash. Recommended by the Marquises of La Guerra 😜

I’m really happy I came here. The host was so kind and made things easy for me after something unexpected happened. The house is about five minutes from central Ponferrada, very clean, and cozy, with super comfortable beds and two bathrooms. If I’m back in Ponferrada or a nearby town, I’d stay here again without hesitation. 100% recommended.

We slept well despite how hot it was the day we stayed. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well looked after, and communication with the host was excellent.

There’s even a reading area, which I loved. The apartment was a pleasant surprise: spacious, comfortable, nicely done, and full of thoughtful details. It was clean and air-conditioned, which really matters in this area during summer. The location is handy too, not far from the historic center, with fruit shops and a supermarket nearby. It wasn’t expensive for what’s included compared with other places we found. If they had rentals in other parts of Spain, I’d choose them again. Highly recommended.
