The rooms were outstanding, spotless, and so comfortable. The resort has a warm, intimate feel, and a great team makes sure you enjoy your trip. The reception team is hard to beat. Keep an eye out for the fantastic SONSOLES, who did everything she could to make my visit special.

There was no toilet brush in the bathroom, no minibar, and the AC wouldn't heat the room at night. For a hotel claiming to be five stars, those were major problems. The breakfast was awful and ruined the experience for us. We travel often and have had breakfast at many other five-star hotels, where it really feels like a luxury. Here, the food quality was the worst we've ever seen: an omelette with flies in it, frozen avocado, and spoiled meat. I never thought I'd find that in a supposed five-star hotel. To me, this is three stars at best, nowhere near a five-star experience. Please be careful, it feels like a scam.

I had such a lovely experience at the Radisson hotel in El Puerto de la Cruz. The food was amazing, and my room was cosy, stylish, and had wonderful views. The staff made me feel at home, especially on my birthday, when they surprised me with a card and a bottle of cava at the pool. Thanks to Roberto for being so kind, and to Yoli and the rest of the staff for making me feel so welcome. I couldn't ask for more! 😊
