Alondras Villas

Fuego, one of the Elements villas, looked just as good as the pictures. The high ceilings, large windows and quality finishes gave it a real luxury feel, and it was hard to believe it wasn't the first stay for a five-year-old villa. The pool area was quiet, with plenty of loungers, and the water was warm every day in July without us paying for heating. It's a great location if you want peace away from Puerto del Carmen proper but still want to be close enough for a quick day out. You'll need a car. It's self-catering, Lidl is five minutes away, though Mercadona has better pastries. The staff were incredibly friendly and every interaction was enjoyable.

A beautiful villa and a lovely place to stay with family. The customer service was superb, and they really do their best to make sure your stay goes well.

The breakfast had plenty to choose from, from meat and vegetables to yogurt and pastries. We also rented a car at reception for a cheap price, and it was delivered there right on time with no problems. We had a two-bedroom villa with a private heated pool; it was well equipped with kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer, and spotlessly clean. Everyone at Alondra Villas was friendly and helpful. They clearly want guests to have the best holiday they can. The service and customer care were outstanding. I wish I could give more than five stars. Huge thanks to all the staff for making our holiday great.

The buffet breakfast was delicious, and there's a great range of properties and styles in a beautiful, peaceful setting. The staff were wonderful. We'll be back again soon.
