Apartamentos LIVVO Morromar

We had a comfortable apartment that was just right for the two of us, and the main restaurant served beautiful food with plenty to choose from. The place was well looked after, with friendly staff who were easy to deal with. We arrived around 10, well before the 3 pm check-in, but they gave us our all-inclusive bands straight away, which made things easy. It was good value and a relaxed stay. We enjoyed every minute and would happily return to Livvo Morromar.

The food was varied and tasty each day, and the animation team worked hard to create a great atmosphere. They were dedicated and friendly, as were the attentive staff in the bar and restaurant. The airport and beach were both close and easy to reach. The one small downside was that the floor in our room could have been cleaner when we arrived, but it didn’t change our very positive impression. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

The staff made a big impression on me. Everyone was welcoming, professional and efficient, ready to help without hovering or seeming to expect tips. They went about their work with a positive attitude and a smile. The place also felt cared for: the accommodation, shared areas and pool surroundings were spotless, and the restaurant team kept cleaning and resetting tables between guests. The pool area was well maintained and relaxed. A few more sunbeds might help at the busiest times, though it wasn’t a significant problem. The food was outstanding for our whole stay. There was lots of variety, and each meal was well presented and tasty, with the care of food made to order rather than mass-produced. I’ve stayed at many all-inclusive resorts and have eaten better here than at some four-star hotels. I don’t understand the three-star rating, as in my view this place comfortably exceeds that standard in almost every area. We haven’t checked out yet, but already know we’d gladly return. The combination of food, cleanliness and wonderful colleagues made this hotel stand out from many we’ve visited. We booked this place after reading reviews saying there was food for children, such as chicken nuggets, but my niece, who has autism and ARFID, can only manage her safe foods. She’s barely been able to eat here. There are few choices for kids like her, no chicken nuggets, and we only saw pizza one day. Mostly, she’s had chips, pasta and, when available at breakfast, hash browns. We’ve had to go out for her food almost every meal. I personally enjoyed the food, and the staff have been really pleasant, but it hasn’t worked well for her. The room is great, especially the kitchen area, and the location is very good: close to the airport and to bus stops for the main towns. The buses we encountered were unreliable or too full, though. Service has been amazing, but when we first arrived we couldn’t find our rooms, even with the route marked on the map, because the directions weren’t clear to us. It would help to have two receptionists, as the one on duty was great but seemed stressed and overwhelmed by new arrivals. Having someone walk guests to their rooms could help too.
