The location made exploring the Catalan Pyrenees easy, with the places we wanted to see in different directions all within about an hour's drive. We were really happy to find La Trobada Hotel in Ripoll. Our Junior Suite was wood/fusta/madera, and we loved watching the sun go down over the mountains from the window each evening. Jaume and the team were great hosts. One of our best vacations ever!

After a day skiing at La Masella, we had a really relaxing night here. The food was very good, too. Staff were so kind and helpful, and the room was clean with plenty of places to hang things and store luggage. The bathroom was great, especially the shower.

We got a lovely welcome and useful tips about the area, places to eat, and walking routes. There was secure free parking right across from the hotel. Our larger themed room was really nice, spotless, quiet, and had a lovely view of the surroundings. Everything had been thought through. We also really enjoyed the tasty breakfast buffet, with eggs available on request.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and the owner even offered us an umbrella to borrow when it rained one day. Communication before and during the stay was helpful. We had the Aigua junior suite, which was perfectly clean and in impeccable condition. It's a well-run hotel and a great choice for a stay in Ripoll.

The staff were very friendly, and the hotel is just a short walk from the town center. Our modern room had an en-suite bathroom. It wasn't especially large, but it was fine. Breakfast was at a shop next door and wasn't included. There was secure parking in a locked garage behind the hotel, and free Wi-Fi. I'd recommend staying here.
