Apartamentos Chuanon

We came from Madrid for a few days, but couldn't stay because the reservation wasn't for the option we had chosen. They wouldn't show us any other rooms, either. The worst part was how they handled it: they were arrogant, refused to reach an agreement, and left my friend and me stranded on the street. They said they didn't care where we came from. It felt like getting paid was all that mattered, with no responsibility when a problem came up. When we told them their attitude and treatment were appalling, they got defensive and called us “miserable” right there in the street. I absolutely don't recommend this place. It was a terrible experience.

José María was very friendly, and everything else about the apartment was perfect. We were able to bring our dog, which was a big plus. It stayed peaceful even during the local festival, just what we wanted. For a short stay, the cleaning on arrival could have been more thorough. The Sahún apartment itself was lovely, and everything was quite good.

The scenery is hard to put into words, and the quiet is wonderful. José María was attentive and friendly, and we loved hearing his stories about the place. We hope to come back.
