We were really surprised by how much room we got for the price, and the view over the street was nice. It's a perfect place to stay in the middle of Madrid at a very good price. The towel was a bit dirty.

The place looks clean and the room was comfortable, but the sink and shower drains were both bad. We told the staff member on duty; he said to wait for the water to go into the pipe, then watched it take a few minutes. He poured something into the pipe, but it didn't help at all. The guest room equipment needs repairs, not just the sink and shower drainage.

I was accepted in the middle of the night when nowhere else would take me. The staff were friendly, efficient, and real professionals. The room's first impression was how clean it was, with a pleasant smell, and it felt reliable and comfortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was great value for money. Even the basic, tiny room was comfortable. The bathroom was modern, and the shower worked great. I'm very happy with the hotel.

The place was spotless, central, and practical, and staying there was a wonderful experience. I'd definitely choose it again on another trip to Salamanca.
