Eva took care of everything we needed, and the place was peaceful, with no street noise. You can walk everywhere from this central spot, including the Plaza Mayor, just a 3-minute walk away. Paid parking is nearby. The facilities are high quality, and it's one of the best places we've stayed. Thanks. Visited January 2024.

The location puts you just steps from Plaza Mayor and other places of interest, and the host was always available and attentive. My partner and I spent a weekend here. The apartment is brand new, tastefully decorated, and feels like no detail was missed. A perfect stay, and we'll be back.

We had accommodation booked for March 1-3, but at 4:00 PM on March 1 they cancelled for NO REASON and left us stranded. They also kept the reservation payment, €257 in total. SCAMMERS ALERT!!! I'm giving one star because there's no option for less. Shameless, brazen con artists. If you're going to Salamanca, DO NOT STAY HERE.

They cancelled on the very day we arrived in Salamanca, after replying to our reservation, and left us stranded. They said their policy doesn't allow guests under 25 to stay, and that this policy had already been communicated. They wouldn't refund our money, and their attitude was defiant. Not recommended at all!!

On the day we arrived in Salamanca, they cancelled our reservation, leaving us without an apartment. The hosts offered no solution, so we were left on the street and had to find somewhere urgently. They kept our money too.
