The staff were really friendly, and for the price this place is great. It's only a few minutes' walk from Plaza Mayor. I liked the phone-based entry system: my smartphone opened all the doors, even though the suites are on the third floor of a residential building and you have to get through three locks to reach your room. Not every room is a suite, but mine was clean and comfortable, with a balcony where I could wind down at the end of the day.

We didn't even stay a night. The rooms looked like a horror movie set, with exposed electrical outlets, water-damaged and cracked walls, chunks coming off, and very uncomfortable beds. The website photos don't show the place's condition accurately. When we raised the problems with the company, they refused to help. I wish I could give them zero stars, because that's what they deserve. DO NOT STAY HERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY, BEWARE.

They sent me to a different building a block away, and it didn't look like the pictures. Getting into the building was barely possible. Finding my reserved room and getting inside felt harder than breaking into a military base. The whole system made it impossible to locate the place, enter, or get help. Reception treated me as if I'd done something wrong because their system was bad.

The bathroom was moldy, like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and the sheets were dirty with several kinds of hair still on them. This was the worst place I've stayed. I wouldn't recommend it at any price.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean, bright, and cheerful. It had air conditioning too. The only thing I missed was having a kettle and coffee in the room.
