A lovely place to stay, with a pool, yoga room and more.

The food at the resort restaurant surprised me, it was really good despite the low prices. I had a genuinely relaxing and fun stay, and the service was more than satisfying for what we paid. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, and the location is convenient for nearby attractions like Holliday World and Jumbo shopping center. Honestly, it’s one of the best resorts I’ve stayed at across Gran Canaria. I’d happily return and recommend it whether you’re new to the area or already know it.

Our bungalow was near the pool, which was lovely, and the pool itself was great. You do need a car to go anywhere beyond the resort. Inside, though, the rooms need updating, especially the kitchen and shower. The kitchen drain leaked and left the living room and kitchen floor covered in brown dirty water, which we had to clean ourselves. We told reception, but nothing happened. The car sunset didn’t want to take responsibility, so I asked them to tell the owner. I want a refund, but no one has got back to me. My birthday was spoiled while my husband spent until 23hrs under the sink. Such a shame, because the resort and bungalows look nice. For what we paid for a week, the price was ridiculous given the condition.

We were right beside adventure world, with its fair ground, bowling and arcades. Yumbo, CC and Faro 2, where there’s a supermarket for essentials, are each about a 20-minute walk away. The apartment/bungalow was finished to a high standard and had everything we needed for 7 nights. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team fixed our broken canopy within 10min. The pool area was secure and clean, with good loungers and shade for the hottest part of the day. Food from the pool bar was freshly cooked, plentiful and very cheap, and the coffee and service were good. Would definitely recommend.
