Maria and Nadine keep the place organized and are always ready to help. We first stayed here on our honeymoon 42 years ago and have come back over the years. It was refurbished in the meantime and looks great now.

The service was annoying and arrogant, and they charged us a €220 penalty for cancelling after we'd arrived and found there was no air conditioning. In Mas Palomas, the heat makes AC necessary for sleeping. They said a nice breeze comes through in summer, but that wasn't true, and sleeping here was impossible. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel, really bad. One star only because zero wasn't an option.

The ground-floor apartments with gardens are the best. The gardens and pool look like a dream, and the location is superb. I still give it five stars, even though the Spanish staff woke me at 8 in the morning with loud chatting. 😂

The terrace is amazing and really spacious. The room had all the equipment we needed for a comfortable stay.

Maria was a warm, accommodating host, and we had a fantastic stay. Go ahead and book, you won't be disappointed.
