We’ve just come back from five great nights meeting friends. The apartment was comfortable, had everything we needed, and was close to Yumbo and the restaurants nearby. The decor and bedding felt five-star. Laurent was a perfect host and available if we needed anything. You don’t find many apartments like this in Playa del Ingles. Right in the center, yet quiet. Lovely pools and a really nice residence with apartments.

The owner was a huge help when a family member accidentally cancelled our non-refundable reservation. He didn’t have to step in, but helped us contact Booking.com and sort it out. He even moved us to a better apartment than the one we’d booked. It was well equipped with new appliances, and the pools were great. One small gripe: they’re open only from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm, so you can’t swim if you arrive outside those hours. Just a suggestion for improvement. The location worked really well for us. The avenue with views of the dunes is just two blocks away, and the atmosphere there in the afternoons is lovely. Parking nearby was never an issue, though it can cost more on weekends. We didn’t have to park far away. It’s also convenient for Aqualand, Palmitos Park and Holidayworld Maspalomas, with the whole southern area close by. I recommend it.
