We were 10 adults in one family, and the location was idyllic, really well situated, and well equipped. The kitchen has everything, and there's both an outdoor barbecue area and a covered one, great for enjoying the weather. Maybe one or two mattresses could be replaced, but apart from that, it was perfect!
