You get a lovely view of Teide from these apartments, and there's a swimming pool too. A great place.

A lovely holiday spot, and the apartment was nice and clean.

The accommodation is clean and the surroundings are beautiful. The pool was very pleasant, it was quiet, and the cleaning staff were especially attentive. The receptionist, though, was extremely unpleasant. I've never had a welcome like that. Our ferry time changed, so we were going to arrive later than planned. I sent a message to let them know and got a reply saying to check in online to receive the gate code. I did, but the code never arrived, even after I sent several messages that afternoon. When we reached the gate at 10 pm, we called the number posted there. A man came out shouting before we could explain, as if we hadn't told them about the ferry change. I tried to show him all the messages that had gone unanswered, but he wouldn't even look. Communication needs a complete overhaul. I also needed information before we arrived and got no response, including when I warned them that I was receiving fraudulent messages about their website. It's a shame, because the accommodation itself is very nice apart from that dreadful reception.
