The place was very clean and the location worked well, and I'd still consider staying again. There were several maintenance and convenience problems, though: water from a disconnected waste pipe under the ensuite sink spread across the floor, the toaster kept shorting out, and the freezer was so iced over that we had to remove a drawer to use it. There were only five cups and mugs, and some of the furniture felt worn. The remote entry also didn't work, so when someone called to say they were outside, we had to go down to the front door.

The apartment and its location are both great. But the hot water ran out after one shower, so our family of four had to wait 20 minutes between showers. If the boiler issue gets fixed, this could be a really good place.

The bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the apartment was spotless. We could walk easily to the bus and railway stations, even with luggage, and when we arrived early we left our bags and returned after the cleaner was done. The only problem was the people in Bella Easo B, whose living room was on the other side of our bedroom wall. They were quiet in the daytime, but kept the TV very loud from 10 pm to 6 am, with loud voices and a lot of heavy coughing. You can run into inconsiderate people anywhere, but I can still recommend this lovely, well-located apartment.

We had room to spread out and found the apartment comfortable, clean, and quiet, with a great location for our family and two kids. The Almodovar DVD film and box of toys were a fun touch.
