We lost 144 Euros because the company wouldn’t take responsibility for failing to get back to us, and that affected our trip. Three days before our planned stay, we contacted the hotel to ask if we could change our arrival date. No one replied. When we eventually called to ask why, the owner said he’d been on holidays and apologized. We weren’t going to San Sebastian anymore, so we requested a refund, but he refused, saying the room was non-refundable. I can’t recommend them.

The location made it easy to walk to the old town, downtown, and the beach areas. Our room was cozy and very clean, and having a private bathroom was a real plus. Pablo was so welcoming and gave us great suggestions for things to see, food to try, and local experiences. Thanks, Pablo! We’ll miss you, and Ponyo says thanks too. 🙏

The rooms are small and cozy, and ours looked onto an interior courtyard. That was fine since we were only there to sleep. The hotel takes up one floor of an apartment building, and its sign isn’t very obvious, so you could miss it while looking for the place. It’s in a really good location, and Pablo was a friendly, helpful host. His suggestions for food and drinks sent us straight to some great spots and the dishes we should try.

Pablo was a wonderful host, and the coffees were much appreciated. The location was perfect for exploring beautiful San Sebastián, and the price was great by the city’s standards. Highly recommended!

Thanks, Pablo! We hope we get to see you again. He gave us so many helpful suggestions for places to eat and visit, and he’s knowledgeable and friendly. The room is great value, right in the heart of the city. It’s also welcoming to dogs and babies. We really can’t say enough good things about Pablo and our stay.
