Far Out Inn

Breakfast had plenty of delicious options, and they do yoga most mornings. Our room had an old world feel but was cozy, clean and had modern touches like an espresso machine and a good shower. The balcony view was stunning, and the staff were wonderful. There’s a powerful fan for hot days. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the beach, going down BIG stairs. We had fun with them, though they won’t work for everyone.

We had a glass of wine on the balcony at night, looking out at the lights of La Concha, and ate breakfast there too while watching dogs play on the beach. The view from our private balcony covered all of La Concha. Our room was spacious, with calm, soothing decor. When we arrived, our host was there to show us where to park, and was friendly and helpful.

We found it easy to get to both the beach and Old Town, which is about a 20-minute walk away. The hotel sits on a quiet street, with the beach reachable downhill along the road or by a large staircase. Our room was clean and well kept, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was included, tasty, delivered every morning, and offered several choices. Staff were very attentive to requests over WhatsApp. We’d highly recommend it for a trip to San Sebastián.

The in-room breakfast was a real bonus, with five good options, and there were free yoga classes in the mornings too. I spent five days here in August, and it felt more like a home than a hotel. The place and views were fantastic, and every staff member was welcoming and friendly. It was the best part of my longer workation in northern Spain. I’d definitely stay again if I return to San Sebastián.
