It’s an idyllic, charming house with cozy little corners and a large pool, so I would recommend it for its character. Unfortunately, the maintenance could be better. The electricity didn’t always work properly and wasn’t easy to use. On arrival, one bedroom’s airco wasn’t working and there was no hot water in the kitchen. Two days later, a siphon that had already been patched with tape broke off. Fortunately, they fixed that within 2 days.

Villa Can Gaspar, Ibiza, August 10-23, 2024… The place is lovely, but it needs a lot of maintenance. That was only part of our trouble, though. The worst Ibiza experience I’ve had was because of IBIZA RURAL VILLAS. The people there showed shocking incompetence and a lack of professionalism, and once we arrived, the service was nonexistent. When we had problems, they didn’t solve them and often didn’t answer calls or messages. They’d get back to us whenever they felt like it, as if we weren’t a priority. They already had the money we had to pay, and seemed to treat us as a nuisance whenever we called. They questioned everything we reported, even when we showed evidence. During the rain, power went out across the whole exterior of the house. It’s a huge area, far from the house, and at night you can’t see anything there. They only sent messages telling me how to fix it, so I ended up solving it myself. I also requested a car wash for a luxury vehicle, and they offered to send someone to the house. While washing it, the man said he’d never washed a car before. When he finished, the car was in worse condition than before, with stains from the type of paint. We reported it but got no help sorting it out, and ended up paying for a wash that had only stained the car. The man said he felt harassed and followed the whole time he was washing it. In response, they said they don’t offer a mobile car wash service, but that the agent named Luis had kindly found someone to wash it for us.

The house sits in beautiful natural surroundings and has a pool, with the peaceful feel of the island. It’s ideally placed between Ibiza and San Antonio, very close to Sant Rafael and less than five minutes from the main town centers, beaches, and nightclubs. A spectacular rural house in the heart of Ibiza.
