4/10
The location is convenient, easy to reach, and there's plenty of free parking nearby. Reception and bar staff were motivated and friendly, but the property felt neglected, and the outdoor staff seemed completely unmotivated. It seemed like they were cutting corners across the hotel and trying to get as much as possible from minimal offerings because demand is high. Cleanliness wasn't consistent. There was mold in the bathroom and air-conditioning vents, and the rooms were cleaned sloppily, often leaving dirt and hair from previous guests behind. It felt like they were sweeping it under the rug, or onto the balcony. Coffee cups were dirty, and there was no coffee to speak of. Breakfast came out cold three times in a row. The fridge didn't work properly, and the TV remote didn't work at all. Rooms were very noisy, especially late at night when partygoers returned. If you're looking for a party and don't mind the condition of the rooms, you might be fine. But this didn't meet my expectations for a hotel in this category. If you expect a certain standard of cleanliness, health and hygiene, I'd recommend avoiding it.

10/10
We liked how quiet the hotel was at night, and it was handy for the seafront, bus station and Lidl. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast and dinner, with lots of vegetarian dishes that made me very happy. Our room was clean and everything worked. The staff were welcoming, and we had a balcony with chairs overlooking the small pool. Only small drawback: our double room had just one chair, perhaps because there wasn't space for two.

Getting around the island was easy: there’s a bus stop and car and scooter hire just a few minutes away. We also enjoyed the food, with plenty of sweet and savory choices at both breakfast and dinner. The room was pleasant and well kept, and the staff were very friendly. We were really happy with our stay.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff lovely, which is why I’ve given it three stars. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, though the rooms felt a bit dated. My husband and I stayed at the Invisa Hotel Es Pla for a week, from 11/10/2025 to 18/10/2025. We usually go to Es Cana in Ibiza every year and wanted to try another part of the island. It was a huge mistake, and I’m afraid we won’t do it again. San Antonio just doesn’t compare with beautiful Es Cana.

The hotel was clean and peaceful, and breakfast had a great selection. A few details let it down a little, but it’s still a great place to stay in San An and I’d recommend it.
