Ryans Lolas - Adults Only

The stay was shorter than we'd have liked, but I'd book Ryan's Lolas again. Breakfast was delicious, and the whole place was very clean. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Boss. He was quick, incredibly friendly, and gave us lots of tips about what to do and when.

The rooms were lovely and had everything we needed. The hotel is in a great location, with a nice pool and a restaurant on the ground floor. The staff were very friendly.

We had a few hours between hotels after checking out, and the hotel had secure luggage storage in a locked room. That was handy. We stayed at Lola's for two nights. The team were friendly and helpful, which suited the relaxed atmosphere. Our spacious room had a balcony, and opening the blackout curtains filled it with light. Breakfast was fresh with good variety each morning, and dinner was excellent too.

I asked reception for an iron every day, sometimes more than once, but they kept saying another guest had it and never followed up to get it back. Nothing about the hotel felt worth the price, and we won't return. The worst part was what happened on our first day. My friend and I were relaxing in our room when a stranger walked in because reception had given him our key by mistake. It was frightening, especially as we were two women. We waited 45 minutes to speak to reception while they checked in a large group and didn't call anyone else to help at the desk. They gave us new keys, but offered no apology, reassurance or compensation, and didn't say they would investigate or raise it with the manager. The food at 666 was awful, overpriced and subpar.
