The staff were kind, friendly, and professional throughout, and the entertainers were enthusiastic too. The spa treatment was great. We enjoyed the pool, which was fab, and despite some people saving loungers with towels, there were plenty available during our stay. There weren't many guests, so everyone got a good sunbed. Breakfast was lovely, but dinner was disappointing: the food was cold, leftovers seemed to be reused every day, and there weren't enough basics to put together a normal meal. We ended up with a random mix of things each evening. There were also lots of mosquitoes inside the restaurant, so we needed bug spray just to get food without being covered in bites. The room let the stay down. It felt dated, and the two single beds pushed together weren't ideal for a couple, especially since they were on wheels. We were woken most mornings by crying children, though that's on us for booking a family-friendly hotel, and maybe we just had unlucky neighbors. The location was good, a short walk from the beach and restaurants, though we only left the hotel twice. I'd call it a 4/5 stay. The rooms could use some sprucing up, and proper double beds would be better.

The buffet kept us fed through the week, and there was enough variety to find something you liked, even if some people might turn their nose up at it. The on-site supermarket was handy, and the bar staff were accommodating and generous. We found clean rooms with the amenities to look after ourselves. We didn't use the cooker or utensils, but it was good to know they were there. The fridge was roomy enough for our large bottle of water for four days. The place smelled lovely and clean as soon as we came in, with a citrus scent, and we got a warm welcome and plenty of keys for room access. It's very likely I'll be back next year!

I had a really enjoyable holiday with my husband, our daughter, her husband, and their son, who stayed in another apartment. The area is beautiful, with different beaches within walking distance and even more to reach by car. The staff were brilliant, helpful, and always smiling. The hotel was very clean, and the food was excellent, though it was usually warm rather than properly hot. The rooms are basic and old. It might have been a four-star hotel in the past, but I wouldn't call it four stars now, and I think the rating should be changed to three. Still, we had a lovely holiday. I got back today, 26 June 2025.

The service was amazing, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The food was alright, while the entertainment was a bit poor. It's a little walk out of town, but we hired a wee bike to get around, which was much handier. I'd been worried after reading earlier reviews, but once we stayed there I found it a wonderful delight. It's a beautiful wee area, with plenty of pool beds and no need to rush to claim one. There's also an indoor pool as well as the outdoor one. We'd definitely recommend it and will be back.
