We visited at the end of October and the coded self check-in was straightforward, with a message covering everything we needed. The room was new, clean, and had all the essentials. It was a lovely shower, with soap provided, and being able to bring our pet was a real plus. There’s a big, easy-to-use parking area and a coded outdoor garage.

We paid for a room through bookingcom, then were asked for a €90 deposit. Their payment system kept failing for about three hours when we tried with our German and Austrian ID cards. We called the phone numbers repeatedly before anyone answered, and when I was halfway through explaining the problem, he hung up. The WhatsApp and email messages kept coming, but were useless, like a bad robot repeating the same thing. In the end, someone asked us to send our credit card number and expiry code over WhatsApp. No help or support at all. We also met two other couples outside the locked door who had the same problem. Never again.

The apartments looked just like the photos on booking.com, maybe even better, and the hotel itself felt new, modern, cozy, and wonderful. The girl at reception was especially friendly and caring. We were also grateful that pets are allowed.

We stayed for six nights in this self catering hotel. It’s in a great spot, very close to the beaches and some breathtaking scenery. The place is still new and clean, and the staff were friendly and gave excellent service. Fernando & Jason.
