Spacious apartment with enough to cook for yourself and a wonderfully comfy settee. The complex is close to the beach and Arona Gran, the huge hotel that's an easy landmark for finding your way back. There are two supermarkets nearby, one Spanish and one English, plus several cafes and bars. Market Tavern was particularly good. Cleaning and washing supplies were provided, and towels were changed every other day. We arrived late after a passport nightmare at the airport, where nothing was working. Reception was sort of still open, and night security had left an envelope with the key and instructions. We'd asked for two apartments near each other when booking almost a year ahead, but that wasn't arranged. The apartments differ: mine had a bath and tiny balcony, while my colleague's had a smaller lounge, no shower, and a huge sunny balcony. The numbering makes no sense, so you have to learn your way around. Mine was number 10 and next door was number 73. There are extra charges to be aware of: the room safe costs 15 euros for the week, a sunbed is 2.5 euros a day, a parasol costs another 2.5, and a four-poster-style lounger is 20 euros for the day. My bed was hard, and it was two single beds pushed together rather than a double.

The pool is lovely, the grounds are well kept, and the rooms are clean, well equipped, and have great views. Staff are friendly and really helpful, too. We stayed before and will certainly come back. Can't fault the place 👍

The pool was a lovely place to unwind, with clear water and no chlorine smell at all. It was quiet around the hotel, which made the stay even more relaxing. We picked it because the price for a couple of days was affordable, and felt lucky with our choice. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. The whole place was incredibly clean, the cleaning staff had clearly done a great job. We'd definitely return, it left us with a really good impression.

The pool was so warm, and the staff were very friendly. We were right by the shore, one street back, with shops and restaurants close by. There were a few robberies just outside buildings in the immediate area while we were there. Apparently the perpetrators were caught, but it's something to keep in mind. Other than that, fantastic accommodation. Five stars.

This was our second stay, and we had another relaxing time. The apartments are clean and well kept. The pool gets sun all day, and its bar and restaurant is open all day for food, including a proper English breakfast whenever you want one. They also make the best strawberry daiquiri around.
