The food was surprisingly good, both in variety and taste. Unfortunately, the rest of my stay at BQ Sarah Hotel in Can Picafort was disappointing. While I was out, €20 went missing from the wallet I’d left in my room. I can’t say exactly what happened, but I’m absolutely certain the money was there before I left and gone when I returned. That left me concerned about security and trust. Guests should feel safe leaving their belongings behind, and I didn’t. The front desk staff were also not very friendly or helpful, which added to how uncomfortable I felt. The food alone couldn’t make up for the rest of the experience. I don’t recommend this hotel unless there are significant improvements to guest security and staff hospitality.

The room was comfortable and well kept, though the bathroom had no ventilation and felt a bit stuffy at times. That was a small issue in an otherwise fantastic stay. The friendly, cheerful staff were the highlight, making the experience special with their warm hospitality and positive attitude. Every interaction was a pleasure, and they were always ready to help with a smile. I’d certainly recommend the hotel and look forward to returning.

The hotel is well placed for shopping, transport and tourist sites, and we’ll definitely stay again. We’ve made good friends here. Everyone, from the restaurant, reception, bar and kitchen teams to the cleaners, works so hard to keep things running smoothly. They’re all friendly and helpful, and no request for assistance was a problem. It’s an absolute little gem, and I can’t believe it’s only 3 stars. The food was excellent and cooked perfectly, the service was wonderful, and the ambiance was perfect. The staff made it feel friendly and personal. Perfect 👌🏼

We liked the location, a short walk from the beachfront and the gorgeous promenade that leads straight into the heart of Can Picafort. The pool area was lovely, the staff were super friendly, breakfast was plentiful, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. Rooms are basic but super clean every day. There’s no tea or coffee in the room, but the small fridge was handy. We’d stay again.
