Alex, the owner, was very friendly and always around if I needed anything, even helping me get my car started XD. I’d happily stay again. The property is in Monte, a quiet residential area a little way from central Santander, so having your own car is recommended. Parking wasn’t a problem, and the accommodation has its own car park. It seems to have been renovated recently, as everything is well looked after. The rooms are well equipped, and the common areas are excellent, with your own mini-fridge, a full kitchen for cooking whenever you like, and tables to eat at. The price is pretty good for what you get.

There’s a sports complex nearby if you want to exercise. I stayed for a week on holiday and found the whole experience very rewarding. The room was great for relaxing, and the mattress was so comfortable I hardly missed having a bed at all. Cleaning was excellent, and the owner and his wife were very friendly and welcoming. There’s a ceiling fan in the room, and honestly I didn’t feel hot. If I holiday in Cantabria again, I’ll stay here.

Joaquín and all the staff gave excellent service, and there’s free private parking. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The property also has a lovely modern kitchen with everything needed to feel at home. A superb stay, and I’d recommend it completely for a visit to Santander. We’ll be back!

I’ve stayed here several times and will definitely return. The service is excellent, and there are nice, clean rooms plus a large kitchen and dining area guests can use.
