The owners, Aitor and his sister, were so nice and attentive, and I felt safe and well looked after. The location is great too, on a lovely little plaza that’s lively but still peaceful and friendly. I spent eight nights in an apartment at Alojamientos Puerto Principe, and the whole stay was fantastic. Everything was immaculate, the bed was fresh and very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower pressure was excellent. I had everything I needed and more. Thanks so much for everything!

Aitor responded quickly and communication was great, with clear instructions for getting into the building. The room was lovely and extremely clean, and the location was excellent. Great value for money, and I’d definitely recommend this place.

Self check-in went fine. I could hear people talking in the neighboring room as if they were right outside my door. I stayed two nights: the neighbors were chatty the first night, but the second night was fine.

For the price, this was absolutely brilliant. The rooms were very clean, a good size and had everything I could need. The self check-in system worked flawlessly. My only complaint is that I didn’t stay longer. I’d definitely recommend it to travelers passing through or staying in Santender.

One room had a noticeable natural smell, a bit like fresh paint. If scents like that bother you, it might be better to give it time to air out and fade before staying.
