The common areas were a nice place to relax after a long day, and the rooms were clean and cozy. My group of five and I stayed for three days on our trip to Punta Arenas. Marisol was a fantastic host, offering lots of recommendations and wonderful hospitality that made the trip. And the breakfast was FANTASTIC.

Just got back from two nights here. The location was handy, the rate was very good, and having a lift was a bonus. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly. My room was a decent size, with a comfortable bed, and everything was sparkling clean. I'd definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

Check-in was smooth, the staff were friendly, the elevator worked, and the room was clean. The price was very reasonable. The shower pressure was strong enough that water splashed outside the tub, and the tile floors carried all the ambient noise, so I'll definitely use earplugs. The hotel is up a small hill from the bus stop, which could be awkward if you're rolling a suitcase.
