My room had bed bugs. Keep away from this place! In reply to the owner: You’ve had so many incidents at your buggy hotel that you’ve mixed up your customers. My comment was about bugs in the attic room, and I wrote it four months ago. I don’t care whether you have a garden apartment or not. There must not be bugs in any hotel! You can try to delete the truth here, but I posted the same kind of warning on other sites. I’ve already sent the complaint to the appropriate organization, and hopefully the result will come soon.

The apartment is small but laid out wonderfully, with everything needed for a short stay. It can feel open when you want that, or peaceful and private when you don’t. The beds were very comfortable too.

You can take the elevator up to the 4th floor, where it feels like you can practically touch the sky. The penthouse gives you a privileged view of the Cathedral at all times. It’s immaculate, with a very comfortable bed and everything you need for wandering around Santiago and enjoying its history.

The apartment is modern, the location is excellent, and the place is beautiful. What really stands out is the staff’s attention. They respond right away and sort out any question at any time!
