The room was over 27 degrees the whole time, and there’s no air conditioning despite it being advertised when I booked. When I asked customer service if they could change the temperature, they said they don’t provide air conditioning. They were slow to respond and not helpful. The curtains were broken and wouldn’t close fully, leaving no privacy. They also wouldn’t let me drop off or store my luggage before or after checkout. For the high price, staying here was a pain, and I don’t recommend it.

The lock was broken when we arrived: after closing the door from outside, it wouldn’t lock, so we had to ask the cleaning lady for a key before we could leave. Someone came to repair it the next day while we were resting. We thought that was sorted, but afterward our access code wouldn’t open the door, so we had to call customer service again and wait for another person. In the end they moved us to the only available room, which was worse than the one we booked. Each time we called, we had to tell the same story all over again, wasting a lot of our vacation time. We asked for reimbursement for all the trouble and got a miserable 10% back, along with a templated apology saying, “we are so sorry for your experience but there's nothing else we can do”. Well, thank you very much limehome. Terrible service.

It’s very centrally located, close to the city’s main sights, so I can definitely recommend the accommodation. I can’t really comment on the service, since I never saw any staff.

The room was exceptionally clean and nicely presented, with everything we needed: a warm, comfortable bed, hot shower, HD television, coffee machine, and cooking hob. We didn’t use the television or hob. Getting in was easy with keypads at the entrance and room, which helped after our late flight. It’s a five-minute walk from the airport bus stop. I’d happily recommend it for a long weekend or an overnight stop before traveling. Well done Limehome, good accommodation at a reasonable price. Sssshhhhh, please keep this between us. If everyone hears about this amazing place in Santiago, we may not be able to get a room again.
