The place was filthy, and there were rat bite marks on the doors. All the walls were stained, and it was much smaller than advertised. The manager was incredibly rude and accused us of lying. A complete disaster, not recommended.

That's not true. It turns off at 1:00 AM and comes on at 10:00 AM. Check the relay settings. I specialize in this as a software engineer and can handle any technical aspect. You've installed an Emylo Smart Switch relay, model XL9251wi. They're easy to program if you know what you're doing. I'd recommend choosing the correct operating mode.

The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed, and the service was very helpful and professional. The trouble was the nightlife nearby. Since it was Saturday, we couldn't sleep at all until the early hours.
