Lara was kind, helpful, and quick to respond. She even arranged the taxis we needed for the wedding events, and the whole experience was flawless. One thing to know: the shared stairwell is heavily perfumed with diffusers, really overwhelmingly so. I’m not sure why, but thankfully the apartment itself smelled completely neutral. We were in Santiago for a wedding, and having a washing machine, ironing board, and iron was key. There’s a small, well-stocked grocery store across the street. Concheiros 5 was a great place to spend several nights: exceptionally clean, spacious, with comfortable beds and air conditioning that worked great. The automatic exterior roll-down shades on all the windows were fabulous for anyone dealing with jet lag and sleeping at odd hours. You can make it seem like night even in the middle of a bright, sunny day.

The location worked really well for us: Concheiros is a lively, authentic historic entrance to the city, but the apartment was quiet enough for a good night's sleep, and the Cathedral and old town are an easy walk away. I stayed in the penthouse, where the bedroom skylight gave me a view of the green hills around Santiago right from bed. There was lovely natural light throughout. The place felt calm, with its minimalist white and wood decor, and everything was modern, spotless, and practical. Building number 5 seems newly built or renovated, and has a state-of-the-art Schindler elevator. The kitchen had an oven, refrigerator, and stovetop, and the modern bathroom had great shower pressure. Heating and air conditioning both worked perfectly. There were teas and typical sweets waiting when I arrived, a thoughtful welcome to Galicia. My stay at Apartamentos Turísticos Concheiros was simply perfect, whether you're walking the Camino or visiting as a tourist. I'll definitely come back.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent, close to the market and about five minutes from the cathedral. Right on the Camino, too. Everything feels new and modern, and the place is comfortable and functional.

Everything was there for a comfortable stay, and the apartments are new, very clean, and tastefully decorated. A great place to enjoy this wonderful city. I'd recommend it 100%.
