Lovely balconies, and the apartment was beautiful, clean, and spacious.

The place was generally fine, but one bathroom had no hand soap and the towels were small. I’d told them ahead of time that I was bringing my dog, yet after I’d checked out they asked me to pay a €20 pet supplement, saying they’d forgotten to include it in what I’d already paid. A few months back they charged €15, and at other places we’ve paid no more than €10, sometimes nothing, for pets.

The apartment was very pretty, with spectacular terraces, and it was very clean. Finding which apartment was ours on arrival was confusing because the signage wasn’t clear. The person on the phone for check-in was rather unfriendly. We were due to check out at 11:00 AM and said that was when we planned to leave. We went for breakfast, then came back before 11:00 AM and ran into the cleaner. That didn’t seem normal to us.

We spent one night here before starting the Camino de Santiago from Sarria. Being right next to the bus station was handy, since we could collect our car by bus when we returned from Santiago. The sixth-floor penthouse was excellent value and had high-quality finishes, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a large furnished terrace with a view. It was tastefully furnished, with everything we needed, including TVs in the living room and main bedroom. We had a pleasant stay. Thanks, Óscar, for being kind and sharing the information. Everything was perfect, and we’d definitely come back.
