The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and kindly kept our room key whenever we went out. The hotel itself was fairly average, though, with a few practical downsides. Our room felt a bit cramped for four people, and noise from guests on the stairs came through clearly. Coffee was offered in the common area after noon, but the cups and cutlery were dirty and it seemed poorly managed. They only supplied basic 3-in-1 toiletries, and the quality wasn't great, so bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

The location is great for walking around Seville, and inside the hotel looks pretty. Our room was clean and well equipped, and the staff were pleasant. But it faced a busy street only about half a metre away, so traffic noise was constant and impossible to block out. The bathroom was tiny, with a louvre door that let you hear every bodily function. The sink was so large for the space that you could use the toilet and wash your hands at the same time. The heating didn't work, and some noisy residents were loud at 2:30am without staff asking them to keep it down. Breakfast was adequate but uninspiring. Maybe we were unlucky, so make up your own mind.

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay, and the helpful, friendly front desk made us feel well looked after. The beautiful hotel has mosaics throughout, updated plumbing, and AC that worked great. We accidentally left our iPad in the room after checkout and only noticed halfway to Barcelona. Even then, the front desk arranged express overnight shipping for us. We're so grateful and want to return to Seville just to stay here again. Thanks!

The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful, and there are lots of nice places to eat and drink nearby. I loved the hotel's architecture, which gave me the authentic Spanish feel I was looking for. It's beautiful.
