We didn't cook during our three-night stay, and there was air conditioning in every room. The apartment was peaceful at night, and the owner communicated well. It's in a great spot in the historic center and was very good value for money.

Being above some nightclubs meant the location wasn't quiet by default, and the neighbors could be noisy too. If you get a room with a window away from the street, you may sleep well. I also had a few disagreements with the owners. Still, everything else was fine, and the value was excellent. It's right in the center of Seville, handy for visiting just about everything.
We stayed for 10 days and had no problems. The apartment was very clean and laid out well, with a spotless bathroom, two large storage drawers, a walk-in shower, and a kitchen with the essentials. There's also a washing machine, and the bedding was fine. The pillows, though, really need replacing. They're not good at all. The location made it easy to explore Seville on foot, about five minutes from the cathedral and the Alcazar, while the apartment itself stayed quiet. Getting the keys from the box was easy, and the person managing the place responded almost instantly. I highly recommend it.
Customer service was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend this place. When our check-in was delayed because of an issue with the previous guest, the first thing we heard was that we still had to leave at 11:00. We booked through Booking.com and weren't told the apartment was on the third floor with no elevator, which is a serious problem for someone with reduced mobility. The toilet was blocked when we arrived, though they fixed it. Later, the terrace wouldn't close and the blinds were broken. The contact person said they already knew about the broken terrace but hadn't repaired it because nobody had complained. I asked if I was expected to sleep with it open. They said they'd try to fix it, but four hours later all they had done was close the curtain. They hadn't even told me, and when I followed up, all I got was an apology. They had no trouble charging me, though. Couldn't have been worse.
Tays is lovely and has everything you need. It's right in the center of Seville, and the house was clean. The one drawback is that there's no elevator. Highly recommend it.
