My August 2025 stay was amazing. It was hot, so the AC in both the hallways and the rooms was much appreciated. The apartment was just right, and everything worked out in the end, although reception was a little late when we arrived. We waited outside for a bit trying to find them, then got our code and went in.

The building is very central, and apartment Ln1 is generally spacious. But we could only partly use one of the two bedrooms because water kept dripping from its ceiling. We were in Seville in December and ran the air conditioning for heat. Condensation built up on the ceiling in the downstairs bedroom and dripped continuously. We reported it right away and followed the instructions for adjusting the air conditioning, but that made no noticeable difference. After the trip I contacted management to ask for compensation for losing use of the room. I still haven’t had a single reply. Very disappointing.

A lovely place to use as a base for a city break. It’s on a quiet street in a less touristy neighborhood.

It was very quiet, with comfortable beds and good showers, and taxis could pull up right at the entrance. The apartment we had let us bring in an electric scooter for someone with reduced mobility, and we appreciated them helping with the return of the scooter we’d rented. Coffee capsules, sugar, salt, and a few other things were provided as a courtesy. There was a musty smell in the apartment. The weather let us open the windows to air it out, and those windows had security bars.

The owners were very friendly, and we had a wonderful time. The building has been completely renovated, with a rooftop pool and beautiful views. The apartments are great, and the location is perfect for walking around the center of Seville.
