We booked through booking. com because the listing said there would be 3 separate beds, 2 rooms and a washing machine. We arrived at midnight without an entry code. Standing outside with our bags, we called the person in charge, who didn’t speak English. It was difficult, but we eventually got into the apartment, only to find that the number of rooms and beds didn’t match what we’d been told. There was no WiFi, only 2 beds instead of 3, and a sofa bed. When we contacted the person in charge again, he said we could sleep on the sofa bed. This was the worst, most amateur and least attentive accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. Think twice before booking, unless being left in a mess is your idea of a hobby.

The room they gave us wasn’t what we paid for. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment, but got 2 beds and a sofa, so one of us had to sleep on the sofa. They didn’t warn us, and I know the apartment we got was much cheaper than the one we paid for. Scammers! We couldn’t connect to WiFi at all, and they never replied when I messaged about it. Getting into the apartment was difficult too. They should’ve sent us the code, but didn’t. With no reception, we spent about 15 minutes on an international call trying to communicate with a guy who didn’t speak English. Staying here was a nightmare. I’ve never left a negative hotel review before, but this place was a real disappointment and ruined our vacation.

I had a miserable stay, and it put a damper on my vacation. Both nights, I woke with red, itchy eyes and a stuffy nose. It felt like I’d been breathing dust from the room or mattress all night. Other family members had the same symptoms, which stopped whenever we left, so this didn’t seem like ordinary morning allergies. I don’t think the room had been cleaned well. The bathroom was badly designed: the shower door didn’t keep water in, and the floor didn’t slope properly toward the shower drain. Water flooded the bathroom, and I had to mop it back into the shower with a towel because there was no other drain. The bathroom door had no lock and wouldn’t stay shut. The other doors seemed broken too. The room’s entry keypad was finicky, often needing several taps to register a number and sometimes registering it twice, making me start the code over. The WiFi was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

We had a great weekend here and will definitely return. The apartment was very clean, in a perfect location, and the service was excellent.
