Charming Terrace Sevilla

Fred and Violeta were great hosts, quick to respond and helpful, and check-in was simple. We really appreciated the air conditioning. The apartment's location is fantastic for seeing Seville, and the private roof terrace was delightful. We had a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely four-night stay in October. The owners and the agency handling check-in communicated well throughout. It’s a great base within walking distance of all the major sights, and the airport bus costs just 4 euros. There are several small shops nearby, so you can use the fridge, toaster, and hob if you want to. A larger lidded bin would be handy, though the communal bins are just across the road. The double bed was comfortable, but a couple more pillows would have been nice. The terrace is lovely and gets sun most of the day. Even at 14-15 degrees in the morning, the sunshine made it feel much warmer. The covers on the outdoor furniture could use replacing. The bathroom is spacious and well equipped, with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and even a washing machine. The towels could use an update: they're a bit thin, and some have rust stains. We slept fine overall, though light sleepers should know that loud bells start outside at 9:30 a.m. and ring at intervals, so don't expect a lie-in. You can also hear the elevator and some doors closing in the building, but that didn't bother us and isn't something the owners control. The fridge cycles on and off and can be disturbing, but you can switch it off when you're not using it. There are plenty of lights, mirrors, and sockets. The apartment was generally very clean, with air conditioning and great Wi-Fi. We'd happily stay again.

The terrace was just as advertised, really nice!

Violeta was available whenever we needed anything, and the roof terrace is brilliant. It's a great base for a couple exploring Seville, thanks to the location.
