We only stayed one night, and it wasn't a great experience. At 1.90 m tall, I found the bed very small. It was noisy too, with street sounds and even conversations from the neighboring rooms coming through clearly. The bathroom was clean but small, and smelled of sewer. Breakfast was basic, and the bread was still frozen. Spend a few euros more.

The staff gave us useful information and even suggested places to eat that suited our budget and needs. The food was great, with plenty of breakfast choices. It's in a central spot close to all the tourist attractions, and I'd recommend staying here.

Service was the best part. Everyone was extremely helpful, and there's nothing particularly wrong with the hotel, but a few things stood out. The rooms differ; we were first given one with two single mattresses. The room we ended up in had very little natural light and still felt dark with the lights on because of the decor. There was no ventilation, including in the bathroom, so steam and odors lingered. Breakfast was mediocre. The rate was very reasonable, though, even with breakfast included. We went in low season, so weekday nights were almost half what we paid elsewhere, and our one weekend night was similar to, or a little cheaper than, other hotels on our trip. At those prices, you could skip breakfast and eat somewhere else.

This is a small, attractive hotel with lovely wrought-iron details and nice tilework throughout the common areas. The rooms were very clean, though a bit shabby, and the air-conditioning didn't work in either of the two rooms we tried. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
