Le Petit Palu Sevilla

Room 109, on the third floor, was lovely, and the room was cleaned every day. We had complimentary water, body wash, and hair soap. During our three-night Holy Week stay, the only sounds we noticed were birds and two processions passing nearby. I did have trouble with the door on my first try because I entered a number twice, but it worked when I tried again, and I used the key after that. After reading the reviews, I was a bit concerned, but there was nothing to worry about.

Although the room was small, it was clean, and the well-sealed windows kept the street noise out well enough for me to sleep. I was on the ground floor, facing the street. The bathroom was very small too. The hotel is in Seville's historic centre, about 15 minutes from Santa Justa station. I received the access codes for the front door and room a couple of hours ahead of time, and there was also a key for the front door in case the keypad failed. They cleaned the room and changed the towels daily.

The rest of the stay was fine, but I'd think twice before coming back. If you promise a service, you should make sure you can provide it to everyone, and check that the room is working properly.

The rooms were clean, and the location was fairly good. But there were constant sounds in the room, including running water and the air conditioning, and the wifi didn't work.
