The apartment was advertised as “luxury,” but it was a basement facing the street, with so little privacy that opening the curtains or windows left us exposed to people outside. That made the stay uncomfortable. The heating and AC didn't work, and it took more than 24 hours to get a clear answer. Getting sheets for the sofa bed also took repeated follow-ups. On top of these problems, service was poor: replies were slow, we had to report the same issues through several channels, and promises weren't kept. We wasted a lot of time on things that should have been handled easily. I definitely wouldn't recommend Stay unique. Stay away!

The apartment was spotless, stylish, beautiful, spacious, and very functional, and the location was ideal, less than a 10-minute walk from the main attractions. It was also incredibly quiet. I wasn't sure what to expect with the logistics or key collection, but everything was very well organized, and communication with the concierge was seamless. We had an incredible stay. I highly recommend it.

We'd happily return to this nice building, with its small, beautifully renovated apartments and self check-in. It's fairly close to everything you need. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus for summer and was even open in winter, though the water wasn't heated.
