We’ve stayed at both of the Spanish Hidden Hotels in Seville, and each has lovely, personable staff and excellent service. The beautiful Gravina 51 is across the river and puts many historic sites within walking distance. For a stay in Triana, Cavalta is a small, elegant hotel in a lively neighborhood full of restaurants and Spanish spirit. Its rooms are thoughtfully designed, breakfast is delicious and à la carte, and the market is an easy walk away.

Dinner at the restaurant was one of the best meals we had in Spain. We also loved the spacious, luxurious room and the amazing location. The staff went above and beyond, and we had a wonderful stay. We’ll definitely come back, highly recommend it.

The room was beautiful, the service excellent, and the rooftop pool was a lovely extra. It’s a quiet spot, even though the main street is only a two-minute walk away. Everyone was unbelievably friendly and helpful, including the breakfast staff, who did everything they could to make our wishes come true. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. We’ll be back.

Cavalta Boutique made my solo trip. Paula, Juan, Rosa and the team were incredibly helpful with recommendations, and I was lucky enough to get upgraded to a Suite for my last two nights. I loved having a terrace for sunbathing and cooling off in the pool, and the service was fantastic. The hotel is a nice oasis outside the city centre, but getting into town is easy. I’d worried it might be far, but it’s a flat, pleasant 10-minute walk to Triana Bridge, then you’re in Seville proper. Highly recommend this beautiful little hotel.

The rooftop patio and pool were great on a hot day, and the room was really nice. The restaurant has good food and a nice selection. I only regret trying the duck gyoza two days before leaving, because honestly, I could have eaten it every day! If I’m back in this town, I’ll stay here again.
