Everything was clean and tidy, and the pool was great. The host was attentive and gave us lots of recommendations. It was great value all around, and I’m not sure why a few reviews are bad.

We had a great trip for a friend’s birthday. The apartment was modern and spacious, the air con worked brilliantly, and the pool was a real highlight.

The suite shower was clogged. We reported it and were told someone had been, but no one had come. The rooftop pool was dirty, and the area around it had rubbish that had been there for days, piled outside the bins. The freezer wouldn’t close because of all the ice, and the sofas had no covers, leaving the foam exposed. We reported these things too and were told maintenance had come, which was a lie. Nothing changed from the day we arrived until the day we left, and nobody even asked whether the problems had been fixed. They actually told us to give positive feedback above 9, or even 10! Surreal. I hated it!
