Communication was more than excellent, and the rooms made it easy to feel at home. Getting around was simple, too: cross the river and the location is easy to remember, while the taxi stand is within walking distance. An underrated gem. I’d stay again.

We loved the traditional Spanish character and the stylish, roomy furnishings. It was so peaceful, too. Right by the river and across from the main tourist spots. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Patricia gave us a really thorough check-in, with local advice and restaurant suggestions, and Andrea & Noaelia were a huge help as well. We found the apartment very comfortable, and the staff were superb. The pool was lovely in summer, though it got busy, so it would be helpful to have time slots for each room each day. The entry codes for both the building and our room were much more convenient than carrying keys. We were just across the river from central Seville, close enough to get around while still having some privacy. Genteel has apartments and rooms in good locations across Spain, and we’ve already booked with them in Cadiz too. One of our favorite stays on our Spain travels!

A nice room in a good spot, with lots of restaurants nearby. The receptionist was kind, too.
