The apartment complex is spectacular, with different sizes and prices, and every unit has a kitchen and the necessities. The staff were always kind, attentive, and quick to help. The location is as good as it gets, near Las Setas monument and streets including Sierpes, Tetuán, Imagen, and Trajano. It's a ten-minute walk to the river Guadalquivir, Plaza Nueva, and the Arenal, and twenty minutes to Barrio de Triana or the Cathedral. Prices are comparable to, or better than, hotels in the city center. We ended up living here for six months. I was leading a university program from the US and we planned to stay for three, but COVID-19 hit Spain hard in spring 2020. My students went home, while I stayed with my family. It was the best decision we could have made. Evaristo and his team made it possible for us to stay as the building's only occupants while my daughter attended school by Zoom. I can't express how grateful I am for the trust and support during those hard months from March to June.

We were two Swedish women over 70 and spent a whole month here, enjoying every moment. The one thing we could have improved was the weather. The historic building has been beautifully and respectfully restored. Inside, the rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the French balconies open onto the street. There's a kitchen equipped with everything you could ask for, plus a pleasant living area. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It's a perfect choice if you want to stay right in central Seville. Plaza la Campana and Plaza del Duque are about a three-minute slow walk away, with bus connections and lots of tapas bars. Most of the city's sights are close too. We stayed at Apartamentos Campana Martorre 2014.

The arrival instructions were very clear, and the owner was friendly. The apartment was clean, spacious, safe, and furnished really well. Basically perfect, and highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a very nice place in a great location.
