Alex stood out for friendly, quick, very professional service. The apartment itself was spacious, elegantly decorated, and comfortable. Major attractions are all an easy walk away, and we had a really positive stay.

We arrived to find the apartment still uncleaned and had to wait two more hours before we could use it, even though we’d given our arrival time several times. That, along with the pool and terrace being closed, made for a very poor welcome. They’d been advertised when we booked, but are only open in summer. The owner put all the responsibility elsewhere and offered no compensation. The city center location is good, but I wouldn’t recommend booking here.

The apartment is lovely and right in the center, though the pool was quite dirty and neglected.
